HIST 1200 Map

This map features the research of students enrolled in HIST 1200: The American Revolution in Unexpected Places, which I taught during the Fall 2016 at Cornell University.

Their research projects focused on various geographic settings, all of which tend to be sidelined or ignored in conventional histories of the Revolutionary Era. By shedding greater light on often-overlooked historical actors, events, and regions, student gained a broader understanding of the period.
